Mandate:
As a member of the Professional Services Delivery Team in the role of an external facing Business Analyst, you will be working with the company’s most strategic customers to mobilize key enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:

Working with the Professional Services Team and the customers, to gather requirements, map as-is and to-be processes, produce functional specifications, test plans, and other project related documentation.

Support the Professional Services sales cycle and other Professional Services activities across North America including responding to proposals, SOW’s, technical writing and other related tasks.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Business Analyst ( 7 + years)

Previous experience in a customer facing role ( 2 + years)

Minimum of two years experience in a customer facing Business Analyst role.

Excellent interviewing, facilitation and data gathering skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience communicating with customers at all levels.

Proven experience producing: SOW’s, Functional specs, Process maps, Customer presentations, Test plans.

Experience with at least one full cycle development project.

Ability to facilitate translation of complex business requirements into defined technical requirements.

Solid understanding of the software development and project management lifecycles.

Ability to handle fluctuating workloads, conflicting priorities and concurrent activities with tight deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to work on complex implementation projects.

Additional Assets:

Experience working in the Wireless industry.

Experience with large ERP Systems such as SAP and Oracle.
