Responsibilities: Defining business requirements and application impact analysis by understanding the capabilities of packaged applications and providing solutions to complex business problems Facilitate requirements gathering session for the business Creating requirements documentation using the systems life cycle development methodology Responsible for delivering detailed requirements and estimates for new functionality for a project or maintenance request Contribute to the acceptance of applications and enhancements via a formal test process, by assisting the Business through various phases of the Project including Stakeholder sign-off. Qualifications: 1-3 years experience gathering business requirements (preferably process re-engineering and application testing) Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills Experience working with packaged software (knowledge of SAP preferred) Knowledge of retail industry Experience in writing Technical documentation, System Development Life Cycle and Project Management Methodologies Excellent communication skills Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science Excellent communication skills Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
