Mandate:
Spearhead various cross functional initiatives to enhance effectiveness through alignment of business processes with business strategy, Utilize your expertise in business process redesign, continuous improvement, and process implementation by exhibiting your project and program management leadership.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate existing processes using interviews, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, cases, scenarios, process maps, tasks, and workflow analysis.
Identify strengths and areas for process improvement, establishing links between business strategies and improvement initiatives.
Gather and write requirements and specifications.
Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Lead in the review and design of key business process through the use of appropriate process improvement methodologies and tools: Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and value-stream mapping.
Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes.
Lead projects, facilitating the planning, implementation and rollout of business process and/or system initiatives.
Assist with achieving overall Department and Business goals.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise with at least 5 years of experience, in business process redesign, analysis and process management methodologies and approaches
Experience in leading large-scale transformation of complex business processes resulting in significant and sustainable results
Experience with developing process methodology and tools
Exceptional analytical and project management skills at both the strategic and functional levels
Demonstrated ability to lead teams of subject matter experts through all phases of the process redesign (mobilization, current state assessment, customer assessment, best practices, future state visioning/strategy, blueprinting, implementation and metrics development)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Proven ability to lead and work through other without direct reporting relationship to achieve business goals utilizing persuasion and influencing skills.
Significant experience designing workshops, facilitating groups sessions and work with teams and gain crucial input from key contributor.
Excellent business acumen
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is desirable.
